Is ok but not great!!! there's really bad location navigation can't find a hotel and tiny st and no view at all......

First, I struggled to run the shower, hard to deal with. Second, they clean up the rooms either you want or you don't want and they put your belongings somewhere in the room! The service is good but some of the staff are not friendly, they make you feel like you are in their parents place!! If you don't like noises, then it's not a good place for you, you can absolutely hear the street and even the people talking!!

The hotel deserves 5 stars.. the rooms are so clean .. the bed sheets, the towels smell so clean. Their service is so satisfying. They generously serve us. Plus, the hotel is near from the Meydan. Their breakfast was fine. Best of luck 👍🏻 …

The rooms are very small and the room service sometimes forgets to clean the room. The elevator broke down yesterday. In the night they play loud music in the lobby and the stairs doors are open and can’t be closed so you can hear the music when you want to sleep which is very annoying. Once again, the roomed are very small.

Good place to stay in the center of Trabzon city center. and a lot of resturants and shops around the hotel.I would like to thank Mr.Recep for his guidance and recommendations during our stay.I would encourage everyone to stay at this hotel.

Service and staff very responsive and helpful, carpark abit tricky go drive and navigate for tourist like us. Staff helped to navigate over video calls and valet parking for us. Only down side for non smoker is too much cigarette smell around the lobby. Room is true to picture, abit small but clean. Located very near to town shoping area by walk.
